What We Believe

Who We Are

Deeperlife Outreach Ministries Inc. is a Pentecostal institution. It derives its understanding from the concept of the church modeled in scriptures. The character of Pentecostalism will become central by giving focus to qualities that are unique to its tradition. They define and drive the church in the context of a warm and loving church as seen in the New Testament (ecclesia), dedicated to demonstrating the relational attributes of God, and the tangible love of Jesus Christ. We desire that the Great Commandment to be the compelling power of the church, thus its members will be the “most loving people” possible.

Deeperlife Outreach Ministries Inc. seeks to model the church as seen in the New Testament, dedicated to the service of Christ. Acts chapter 2 ushers in the Christian church. Here we see a community bonding itself together for a single cause. They spent time together learning about God, took care of each other, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, and served others. They are described in verse 44 as “having all things common”. This unity of purpose was a visible expression of love and faith.

The church is Missional in purpose as it seeks to revitalize the “Great Commission" in the lives of its leaders, members of the church and the community. It is also a Relational church empowered by the “Great Commandment”, committed to the promotion of Christian unity. The message of unity is that all God’s people are one (Jn.17:20-26), and all are called to recognize that unity. In this bond of unity, we are able to coordinate our efforts in missions to the world.

Statement of Beliefs

We believe that there is one Triune God, eternally existing and manifests as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His atoning death on the cross, in His bodily resurrection from the dead, in His ascension into heaven to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory at His second coming.

Deeperlife Outreach Ministries has based its beliefs on the “Whole Bible rightly divided.”

  • We accept the Bible as God’s Holy Word. Inspired, inerrant, and infallible.

  • We believe the Bible to be God’s revelation of Himself to humanity, and it is our guide in all matters of faith; therefore, we look to the Bible as our highest authority for doctrine, practice, organization, and discipline.

  • We profess that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential for the salvation of sinful man.

  • We believe that sanctification by the blood of Christ makes possible for personal holiness.

  • We affirm the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling we are able to live godly lives and have power for service.

  • We believe in the ultimate unity of believers, as prayed for by our Lord Jesus Christ in John chapter 17.

Vision/Mission Statement:

The church exists to bear witness for Christ and His truth. To communicate the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to the lost, using all possible means to present the Person, Work and Teachings of Jesus Christ, and proclaim Him to be the Person to live for, and the Bible as the Authority to live by. Our goal is to effectively share Christ and His love with others by living and teaching the word of God with integrity, so that seekers will find Christ and believers mature in Him (2 Tim.3:16).

Deeperlife Outreach Ministries is a MISSIONAL church committed to multiply the work and effective witness of the church, and the overall effort to fulfill its divine mission, the “Great Commission.” We are also a RELATIONAL church, empowered by the “Great Commandment,” committed to demonstrate the tangible love of Jesus Christ and the promotion of Christian unity, employing a non-traditional church pattern and ministry.

Leadership:

Deeperlife Outreach Ministries Inc. is committed to the Relational principles of Leadership and embraces a leadership style that offers fresh approaches that encourages Christians to pursue the life-changing relational process of becoming more Christ-like, focusing on pursuing a deeper understanding of God’s eternal word, and seeks to build genuine loving relationships with His people. We believe that it will have a significant effect on the church and its witness, thus affecting the actions of individuals towards God and each other.

  • c. Understands that building genuine, loving relationships with God’s people requires a deep understanding of God’s eternal word, and that Jesus’ call to discipleship is not for personal spiritual fulfillment, but rather on God’s glory being revealed through the way we interact with Him and each other.
